Our custom packages typically start at about $500 USD per person, per day, depending on your choice of accommodations, the number of curated experiences, and how much we pack into your itinerary. Every detail is thoughtfully designed to make your Colombia itinerary seamless, elevated, and deeply personal.

We hand-select every hotel in your itinerary based on comfort, service, and location. You’ll stay in upscale accommodations that are not only welcoming and stylish, but also known for their excellent customer service. All properties are 4-star or 5-star rated, and many are locally owned or LGBTQ+ inclusive.

Once your package is confirmed, we’ll share the full list of hotels. We’re confident you’ll love them—but if something doesn’t feel like the right fit, we’ll be happy to suggest alternative options to better align with your travel style..

To bring your custom Colombia gay travel experience to life, we’ll guide you through a smooth and transparent booking process. Once you’ve reviewed and approved your personalized proposal, a nonrefundable booking deposit, as outlined in your proposal, will be due to confirm your trip.

The remaining balance will be due 60 days before your itinerary begins, and is fully refundable if canceled at least 30 days in advance. If you’re booking within 60 days of your travel dates, we’ll kindly request full payment to secure your reservation.

We’re here to make every step feel seamless—from first inquiry to final payment—and our team is always happy to assist with questions along the way.

Every itinerary we design is custom-built to reflect your travel style and interests. While inclusions vary depending on your personalized Colombia gay travel package, most experiences include the following:

The fee includes:

• Pre-trip planning and guidance

• Accommodations as listed

• Domestic flights upgrade to Premium Economy when available (applicable when traveling to different destinations within Colombia)

• Airport transfers and ground transportation outlined in the itinerary, including transportation on tours

• Daily breakfast at the hotels

• Select meals as indicated in the itinerary

• Entrances to all sites on the tours and tour guide fees

• Expert bilingual tour guides

• Recommendations for dinner and nightlife

• Round-the-clock concierge support via phone, email, or WhatsApp

• Comprehensive Colombian travel insurance covering health, expatriation, and some luggage issues

• All applicable taxes.

The fee does not include:

• Activities not listed or listed as optional in the proposal

• Alcohol or food not specifically listed in the proposal

• Optional tips for tour guides or drivers

• International flights

Once your proposal is finalized, your itinerary will clearly outline all inclusions—so you can travel with confidence and enjoy every moment of your seamless, elevated experience.

Once your initial payment is received, you'll receive a payment confirmation along with a friendly request for some essential information from you and your fellow travelers, including a copy of everyone's passport and details about your international flight.

Upon receipt of your final payment, we'll send you an updated itinerary that includes all the details about your domestic transportation and reservations. Plus, we'll share our top recommendations for dining and nightlife activities. If you have any additional activities in mind, feel free to let us know at this stage.

Should you ever wish to change your trip dates, we're here to make it as hassle-free as possible. The only extra charges would be related to reservation changes or any cost increases for services in your trip itinerary.

While it’s rare, some quoted experiences or hotels may become unavailable. If that happens, we’ll secure a comparable option and keep you informed every step of the way—so your Colombia gay travel experience stays seamless and stress-free.
