We have updated our Terms of Service to offer clarity about cancellations that may arise as a result of the global pandemic. Because we value transparency, we are sharing that information here:
"Due to the current COVID-19 health emergency in many foreign jurisdictions, the availability of activities are subject to change without prior notice. If we cancel a trip due to a government order or inability of a service provider to offer the services advertised, we will offer you the option to reschedule the trip or provide a full credit towards future travel, based on the policies of the contracted service providers. If you are required to quarantine after starting your trip or are otherwise unable to complete the trip after starting it, we cannot guarantee a refund for any services not received."
