After spending some time in Miami he discovered his love for travel and cultural exchange.  With a broad set of skills in digital marketing, sustainable tourism, business administration, and communication, Juan is constantly working his magic behind the scenes in a seamless way to ensure your vacation goes off without a hitch.

Sam Castañeda Holdren

When Sam first came to Colombia in 2013, it was love at first sight. He wanted to share the magic he discovered with other gay travelers, and with that goal in mind he founded OUT in Colombia. And, as an expert in sustainable tourism with a Master of Sustainability Leadership (and currently finishing a specialized degree in sustainable tourism), he has laid the foundation for OUT in Colombia to be a leading sustainable tour operator in South America.

Jorge is our talented Team Catalyst, 
supporting the team to ensure that all operational work runs smoothly. He is an International Business student who grew up in Medellin, Colombia, and enjoys good food and has a passion for fitness. A natural adventurer, Jorge has keenness for extreme sports and outdoor activities such as paragliding, hiking, mountain climbing, among others.

We strive for equality through travel and hope that every new experience and cultural exchange leads to more compassion and understanding while uplifting the diverse communities of the world. We hope to accomplish this by providing opportunities for meaningful interactions to take root and grow.
